Take two thick slices of Noonie's day old bread, smear Honey Cup honey mustard
liberally over both. Cover both slices with green leaf lettuce. Then on one slice only lay smoked turkey on the lettuce,
a tomato slice on the turkey and sprinkle it with shredded carrot. Then on the lay a slice of provolone cheese over the
carrot then a green pepper ring on top of the cheese. Sprikle with sprouts. Cover with the other slice, lettuce side down.
The letuce should be stuck to the bread with honey mustard so it doesn't fall off when you turn it upside down to cover the
sandwich. Slice sandwich in half with a knife. Wrap in tightly in plastic wrap. Use too much wrap. Tape on label. Tadaaa!
Weighs one pound. Costs Four Bucks.

I watched some of the city council meeting on channel 317 last night. Channel 17 people take note- the audio was terrible. The horrible humming sound made the meeting extremely hard to pay attention to.
One of the things that occurred to me as I watched councilors discuss the non-disclosure agreement they want singed members of the Telecom Advisory Committee (what should actually be the telecom commission if BT were a proper Department) was just how much time and energy councilors are spending on Burlington Telecom. What other issues are getting less attention as a result? (By the way- Having folks sign an NDA is a little silly in my opinion. Do councilors sign an NDA? If a document is confidential, mark it as such. An NDA would be superfluous to that, and it's unenforceable anyway.)
There is always a hidden story. Whatever it is people are paying attention to, it necessarily means their attention is diverted from something else.
It isn't just loads and loads of money that is at risk because of Burlington Telecom. Its cost also includes attention diverted from other priorities, and other potential opportunities we may never even know about. Opportunity costs, they're called.
Haik. I guess most of the important missions happened last night in executive session. Any word today that you have heard on the potential suit against the city etc? I have not been able to find info anywhere. The suit against the city certainly was a new twist. Like all,I am not fully informed of what is happening with the suit, but it sure seems like it should be one more wake up call for the administration. Of course this administration seems to have an extra long snooze alarm.
I think they may have settled a couple of claims- maybe against the cops- at the end of the meeting yesterday. Not really sure, but I don't think those claims had anything to do with who the mayor happens to be.
