Take two thick slices of Noonie's day old bread, smear Honey Cup honey mustard
liberally over both. Cover both slices with green leaf lettuce. Then on one slice only lay smoked turkey on the lettuce,
a tomato slice on the turkey and sprinkle it with shredded carrot. Then on the lay a slice of provolone cheese over the
carrot then a green pepper ring on top of the cheese. Sprikle with sprouts. Cover with the other slice, lettuce side down.
The letuce should be stuck to the bread with honey mustard so it doesn't fall off when you turn it upside down to cover the
sandwich. Slice sandwich in half with a knife. Wrap in tightly in plastic wrap. Use too much wrap. Tape on label. Tadaaa!
Weighs one pound. Costs Four Bucks.

Facebook Challenge Getting Old
I'm done with facebook. I hope they honor their promise to delete my account after 14 days. I can envision trying to log in at some point next week just to see if they deleted me, and finding that they hadn't and I was back on there just like before. Stupid facebook.
Anyway, I'm on twitter now, but I'm afraid I won't have much to say on there. Maybe I'll occasionally promote a post from this blog, but only if it's really worthy.
I will not be "tweeting" this post. Not worthy. But thanks for reading it anyway.
This was a surprise ending, Haik. I thought for sure you would log in a the last minute. Who knows, maybe you still will.
I found this facebook expose to be slightly disturbing. I had no idea this kind of stuff was going on.
I am on facebook, but I only friend people I know, and even then not everyone. I use it to keep in touch with my friends that moved to Texas, a couple of friends from school, and a few family members.
I am also "friends" with some other Vermont bloggers, but I don't really use fb for blog promoting.
I had no idea that facebook was ruining so many lives!
I am on twitter, too, but I am not that into it. I do use it to promote new blog posts, though. It can be fun, but it also seems kind of pointless. I would rather blog.
Yeah, I'm already disappointed in twitter. First of all it's boring and secondly I've already been "followed" on there by a fake porn site, and some scam offering a free camera. I'm probably going to kill my twitter account sometime soon too.
I would rather just blog here on my old fashioned blog.
Twitter is a great place if you belong to a group. For example, I get follows from other conservatives on my shesright account. (Conservative bloggers use it to network a lot.)
I think people do searches and find people with common bio info.
I other crafters and homeschoolers find me on my CharityT account. (Homeschoolers also use twitter a lot to talk to each other.)
When you include words in your bio about your hobbies, lifestyle, political views, people find you.
It can be a source of information and even friendship around common interests, if you use it regularly and build those bonds.
Also, you can follow discussions that use hashtags, such as #btv. If you go to search.twitter.com and search #btv, you will find other Burlingtonians.
On Town Meeting Day, people were using a hash tag to mark all TMD posts and someone even set up a site that tracked them all.
Twitter can be cool and useful, but I just use it too sporadically to really get any benefit from it.
