Take two thick slices of Noonie's day old bread, smear Honey Cup honey mustard
liberally over both. Cover both slices with green leaf lettuce. Then on one slice only lay smoked turkey on the lettuce,
a tomato slice on the turkey and sprinkle it with shredded carrot. Then on the lay a slice of provolone cheese over the
carrot then a green pepper ring on top of the cheese. Sprikle with sprouts. Cover with the other slice, lettuce side down.
The letuce should be stuck to the bread with honey mustard so it doesn't fall off when you turn it upside down to cover the
sandwich. Slice sandwich in half with a knife. Wrap in tightly in plastic wrap. Use too much wrap. Tape on label. Tadaaa!
Weighs one pound. Costs Four Bucks.

I feel bad that I haven't been able to finish transcribing Andy's interview yet, so I'm giving him a free ad.
I can do whatever I want. It's my blog.
I've had a cold all week and it's all I can do to get to my job, wherever it is.
This weekend is serious business though. I will finish the Andy Interview. Eli from ward 7 is on the radio show this Saturday morning, Saturday night I'm going to a house party with Marrisa and Bob kiss (but just to get drunk, not for blogging) and if Kurt Wright doesn't forget, I'll interview him Sunday Morning.
Yes, there's nobody better informed about Burlington politics, nobody who's taken a more balanced look at all the mayoral candidates, nobody who's more aware of the thoughtful and anything-but-kneejerk positions of the current democratic city councilors in Burlington than the divine Baruth.
And now the Burlington Free Press has endorsed Montroll. That should be the kiss of death for him, the worst possible choice among the four major candidates. (Remember: the Freeps endorsed Miller last time around.)
Speaking of endorsements: when/are the BPD's Police Union making their endorsement? They stayed out of it last time and I'm sure they regret their decision.
Has anyone heard anything about the Police Union making an endorsement? I see their endorsement going to Kurt Wright but I would like to know what their plans are.
I have not heard a word about what the police officers are planning on doing. I do hope they say something soon so we can get that awful man Leopold out of the Mayor's Office.
I hardly think that the firefighters endorsing Jim Douglas can be constituted as weak. I didn't vote for the man but I agree with the previous posters: They pick the winner. A 4-way race like this means anyone can win. A two person would be easier. In fact, a head-to-head contest between Bob and Kurt would probably mean Kurt would win. I know plenty of Democrats that are putting Kurt or Dan Smith as teir second choice.
I wish the Police Union would make an endorsement. Show some spine guys and make the right call. Just don't endorse Kiss.
