Take two thick slices of Noonie's day old bread, smear Honey Cup honey mustard
liberally over both. Cover both slices with green leaf lettuce. Then on one slice only lay smoked turkey on the lettuce,
a tomato slice on the turkey and sprinkle it with shredded carrot. Then on the lay a slice of provolone cheese over the
carrot then a green pepper ring on top of the cheese. Sprikle with sprouts. Cover with the other slice, lettuce side down.
The letuce should be stuck to the bread with honey mustard so it doesn't fall off when you turn it upside down to cover the
sandwich. Slice sandwich in half with a knife. Wrap in tightly in plastic wrap. Use too much wrap. Tape on label. Tadaaa!
Weighs one pound. Costs Four Bucks.

Poll Results: What should Haik do Tuesday? Vote Parke in the Republican Primary to hurt Tarrant 48%(42 votes) Vote in the Democratic Primary to support TJ Donovan 29%(25 votes) Stay Home. 23%(20 votes) (87 votes total)
He\'s given blood to the Red Cross, and he\'s given blood to his country.
I don't know how you would know he gave blood to the Red Cross, but let's just assume you happen to know that. What about the "given blood to his country" part?
Although Mr. Parke has impressive military experience he makes no mention on his website of having been injured or killed because of, or during it.
Perhaps you are referring to the likelihood he gave the Air Force a blood sample at some point?
Let's just say your anonymous comment was weird and sketchy, but thanks for writing in, nonetheless.
And by the way, people. Why are there already 58 votes less than 24 hours after I put this up Saturday night? I don't get this much traffic on the weekends, and my polls rarely get this many votes, and never so quickly.
My "blogger-vision" says no. Not even close. Checking the site meter on this one would be a waste of time.
I think the person who left those comments is probably Parke's daughter from the commercial.
Sometimes the ends justify the means. Sometimes they don't.
What if I supported Parke for the Senate, and Welch for the House? Which primary would I choose? I guess it would be better if at least one person you vote for in the primary would be someone you would also vote for in the general. It's not a perfect world though. I will never regret my vote for McCain in the 2000 primary, even though there was no chance I'd have voted for him in the general. Bush is so evil that I simply had to vote against him if legally allowed to do so. Some people may feel the same about Tarrant. The only other primary I voted in was 2004 for Dean whom I would have also voted for in the general, given the chance.
Just because something is legal doesn't make it a right.
And if it was a right then every state would have open primaries. They don’t. Ergo, it is not a right. Look it up.
What I really should have said was that it isn't right, as in the right thing to do.
Oh, yeah. Last I checked, Bush and the Republicans in congress were all elected via the democratic process. The thing you listed has nothing to do with the democratic process.
Look, I’m sorry to hear that Bush is tapping your phone. Maybe you should stop talking to all those terrorists.
Needless to say, that doesn’t make cross-over primary voting any less underhanded and wrong.
Haik, I am glad to read over on GMD that you did the right thing.
oh baloney. I could care less about party. I get to cast one vote in a primary. I can vote for somebody or against somebody and I should vote in a way that ensures that my vote has optimal impact.
I didn\'t get any emails telling me to vote for Tuttle or anybody else! I only learned of this so-called cross-over campaign from Rainville\'s news conference. She claims the emails existed, but I don\'t know anybody who got them.
I think that all of this stuff about Dems trying to vote in the Republikkkan primary is just baloney from the Tarrant/Rainville camp. I suspect that Tarrant is afraid that he will have a poor showing, and he wanted a scapegoat to blame.
Of course, Tarrant is going to win. He just won\'t get the landslide he thinks that he deserves.
Anonymous, there was an article in the Vermont Guardian that identified the woman who originated the e-mail Rainville referred to. Her name is Gwendolyn Hallsmith. The article is here.

I am voting for Greg Parke because he is the best candidate.
He\'s given blood to the Red Cross, and he\'s given blood to his country.
